Fabric Selection
Choose from the Fabric Library, with physical swatches sent before you commit.
Measurement
For Semi-Bespoke: four measurements — bust, waist, hip and shoulder-to-hem — taken with our guide.
Pattern & Making
Master Hu adjusts the pattern by hand, the cloth is cut, and the garment is assembled and hand-finished.
Finishing & Delivery
Pressed, checked and packed, then shipped insured worldwide with tracking.
And if the fit needs work
Bespoke and semi-bespoke orders are covered by our Fit Guarantee. If adjustment is needed, we provide a local alteration credit — or arrange a remake where that is the better solution.
