Bespoke Suits

Precision tailoring for modern life.

A bespoke suit is developed around your measurements, posture, proportions and intended use — patterned and hand-finished in our Shenzhen atelier, and delivered wherever you are.

What Bespoke Means

Built on proportion, not on a size chart

Semi-Bespoke adjusts an existing HUTAILOR design around your key measurements. Full Bespoke is a more comprehensive process: an individual pattern is drafted for you, taking posture and proportion into account, with full control over fabric, structure and finishing.

The difference is most visible where it is hardest to alter: the shoulder line, the roll of the lapel, and the way the jacket settles to your shape over time.

The Process

How a bespoke suit is made

01

Consult

Discuss the intended use, the look you want and the fabrics that suit the occasion.

02

Fabric

Swatches are sent so you can assess weight, drape and colour in person.

03

Measure

We guide you through a fuller measurement set, including posture and proportion.

04

Pattern

An individual pattern is drafted around your measurements and posture.

05

Make

Canvas construction, shaping and hand-finishing are carried out in the atelier.

06

Deliver

Final atelier inspection, then insured worldwide delivery with tracking.

Construction

What goes into the jacket

These are the decisions that separate a suit that fits from one that only looks like it should.

Canvas Construction

Structured tailoring designed to support the shape and drape of the jacket.

Lapel Shaping

The lapel is shaped through careful pressing and tailoring techniques to create its final roll and form.

Hand-Finished Buttonholes

Fine finishing details that add character and refinement to the suit.

Personalization

What can be personalized

  • Structure — canvas weight, shoulder construction, jacket line.
  • Fabric — fine wools, wool blends and selected atelier cloths.
  • Details — lapel width, pocket style, buttons, lining and finishing.
  • Fit — length, suppression, trouser cut and break.

Available customization depends on the garment, fabric and selected tailoring service.
